I have just had my third visit to Professional Audiology in Stratham NH for fine-tunkng my new hearing aids. As with my previous visits, everything was perfect. Their office staff is friendly and helpful, and Racheal Rush, Au.D. was experienced, knowledgeable, and most helpful. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

It's nice to walk into a medical office where everybody is nice, things are on time and most of all, they do a great job. They are patient, knowledgable and explain things very well. Don't mess around, these folks are excellent audiologists and will steer you in the best direction. In particular, Dr Erica Regan and their technician Jessica are top notch, down to earth, very professional and competent, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have recently transferred care to Stratham Audiology, Dr. Rush, after 7 years of wearing hearing aids.Dr. Rush reevaluated my hearing, I purchased new hearing aids and I am hearing sounds I have not heard for over a decade!Dr. Rush values your input, listens to your concerns and works with you so that your fit is a perfect match. I learned tips about wearing and caring for my hearing aids that I had not been exposed to before.Scheduling appointments around my work schedule has been a breeze and the receptionist is so kind and helpful.I highly recommend this practice. I made an appointment for cleaning my hearing aids to have them checked up. I was plesantly welcomed and gave my hearing aids to the secretary in a tray. I then wated for a little while and then the technition came with my hearing aids. We installed them in my ears and I appreciated her professional manner at that time. Then I was on my way. Excellent attention and care. I'd had an audiological exam previously at an academic medical center. I needed to check and see where I stood compared to that baseline. I got that and then very appropriate guidance and prescription to deal with the further hearing loss which I now have.And now I've been back for a near term follow-up. I enjoy the tech involved in addressing my hearing loss, particularly because I have used ear buds for a long time. Dr. Regan welcomes my interest and willingness to participate actively in the process of adjustment.

Having been a patient at another 'audiologist' where I never actually saw an audiologist, it was a wonderful experience to be seen by Dr. Rush and realize that she understood what I was experiencing with my (fairly new) hearing aids. After making all sorts of tests and adjustments, she determined that the left instrument was malfunctioning. It is now out for repair and even with just the right hearing aid, I can hear better than before. As the name suggests, a truly 'Professional' place to do business with. Dr. Erica Regan at Professional Audiology performed hearing tests on my ears and thoroughly explained the results of the tests. She then prescribed to me the best course of action to improve my hearing loss which was to obtain hearing aids to improve my hearing. I have been experiencing hearing loss especially in crowded/noisy situations & ringing in the ears for several years. I was given a thorough hearing exam using latest technology, then met with audiologist who explain results in terms I could understand! She definitely was NOT just trying to sell me Hearing aids, but rather, genuinely concerned for my sensory loss. In fact, together we decided to wait a year for me to start using the device due to insurance concerns (surprised to hear BC/BS doesn't cover them for people w/o Medicare!) Highly recommend!!!

After moving to the area a month ago, I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment at Professional Audiology on short notice to have a technician adjust my hearing aids so that they wouldn't squeal when my hand was near. This was my first visit to Professional Audiology, I did not get my hearing aids from, but was treated as a regular customer, my immediate problem with my aids was quickly taken care of, as well as the other issues with my hearing aids being addressed as well. Professional Audiology and Dr Erica Regan were awesome. My right hearing aid was not working so I emailed Professional Audiology with my concern that my hearing aid was not working. They gave me an appointment the next day. I meet with the technician and all it was is that I needed a cleaning. Both my hearing aids are working great. I will definitely recommend Professional Audiology, I would recommend them highly.

This practice is absolutely fantastic! They are always accommodating when it comes to scheduling cleanings, checkups, or even experimenting with different domes as I adjust to new hearing aids. Their dedication to patient care truly stands out.Initially, I went to my ENT practice, which had just one overbooked audiologist. Switching to this practice was the best decision—I now benefit from a team of multiple audiologists and an outstanding full-time technician. Scheduling appointments is incredibly easy, making the entire experience seamless.Recently, when my year-old hearing aids developed a technical issue, their service exceeded my expectations. They provided me with a demo unit of the same model while my originals were being repaired. Amazingly, my hearing aids were fixed and returned within just a couple of days. Exceptional service like this is rare—I highly recommend it!

I recently had a hearing test for the first time in my adult life, and didn't know what to expect. My experience at Professional Audiology, and with Dr. Racheal Rush, was extremely positive. The office and staff were welcoming, I had virtually no wait, and Dr. Rush put me at ease during the testing. It was becoming very evident that I had hearing loss. Booked an appointment with ease, was able to complete the paperwork online and confirm they accept my insurance. Day of my appointment, I was greeted warmly and met with Dr. Regan on time. While I was not surprised by the results, I was encouraged by the diagnosis and options provided to me by Dr. Regan. They already had all my insurance payment information and after reviewing my options, I was very comfortable with the product I chose. Two weeks later, I went for my fitting and education on how to use the hearing aids. It was all explained very well, all questions answered and I left amazed at what I didn't know I wasn't hearing! I wear glasses to improve my vision and no reason to not wear hearing aids to improve my hearing! It is nearly impossible to see my hearing aids and caring for them seems to very easy. I am so happy I went to Professional Audiology and look forward to many years of care with them.

Dr Rush was very kind and caring. I knew my hearing had been getting worse over the last year . Something that is difficult to accept. I wanted to have a hearing screening done with a professional audiologist before going to a hearing aid center. Fortunately my insurance covers hearing aids , but another location. Which I already knew, but Dr. Rush informed me that my insurance did cover the cost of hearing aids, but her office did participate in this coverage. Dr Rush took the time to review my options of companies and brands of hearing aids that are good quality with my insurance coverage. How kind to take the time with me for this advice. I will see Dr Rush annually for my screenings. I hope in the future, her practice will be part of my network. Thank you Dr Rush.

After trying to get hearing aids through my ENT office, I did some more research about the maintenance, technical repairs, and programming that modern hearing aids need, as well as the importance of picking from multiple brands of hearing aids suitable for my particular hearing loss. There is a reason Professional appears in the name: They are very professional and efficient. I selected this team for help with my tinnitus which was making it difficult to understand what people were saying as well as being quite annoying. They guided me to the proper hearing devices and have been superlative ever since. I have had my BlueTooth hearing devices for about 5 years and they are still in tip top shape. I use them daily and don’t know what I would do without them. I did misplace them for a few days and the team took care of me with a pair of loaner aids. They were a bit cautious about ordering NEW aids, which I was prepared to do, because they just knew they would “pop up”. And they did, so they bailed me out for 3 days and were so very helpful in the process, that when the day comes that I need to replace my current aids, I will be visiting Professional Audiology for my next pair.

As my hearing has declined over the years, they have always fitted me with reliable, effective hearing aids and provided exemplary audiology care -- programming the aids to meet my needs, routine exams and testing, occasional maintenance of the devices, and thoughtful assessment of my gradually changing needs. Considering the severity of my hearing loss, it is fair to say that the service provided by Professional Audiology is the primary reason I can continue to work professionally and live a full social life. My dad is a World War II veteran. His visit with Professional Audiology was outstanding and so rewarding. My dad has spent over Thousand of dollars on other hearing aides. Always still said the dreaded words, what I can’t hear you for years.He has VA benefits, his Audiologist had him try on hearing aids. She then talked low to him. He answered her. My dad said to her, please keep talking you have a lovely voice and I can hear you clearly. Then he cried.After serving two years on the front line being a Heavy Artillery Gunner and walking beside the heavy artillery tanks. He has never heard so clear, without everyone else hearing also.Being one of dads caretaker it also brought tears to my eyes. Finally no tv on Extra WOW and repeating over and over he could hear a soft voice I can’t even hardly hear.Thank you for you continued support of our Service men and women and especially for my 97 year old dad. He know likes to go to a doctor and get wonderful results, thank you.The name Professional Audiology isn’t just a company name. It’s a Company that doesn’t just sell a product.
